Kent Man Grabs Woman By Face During Argument, Police Say

A Kent man who grabbed a woman by the face and body during an argument on Tuesday, Jan. 17, was charged with felony assault and harassment, according to Kent Police.

Philip Campagna was charged with grabbing the face and body of a Mount Kisco woman during a fight, causing injuries.

Philip Campagna, 25, was charged after Officer Angel Rivera found that he had grabbed a 25-year-old Mount Kisco woman by the face and body causing bruising and injuries during a fight, police said.

Campagna was released on his own recognizance and is scheduled to appear in court on Feb. 28.
