Putnam County Sheriff Seeks Woman Wanted On Petit Larceny Charges

CARMEL, N.Y. – A Carmel woman is wanted by the Putnam County Sheriff’s Department for petit larceny charges after failing to appear in court.

An arrest warrant was issued June 12 for Deborah A. Mackbrown, 41, in the Town of Carmel Court to answer to her charges. Her last known location is Carmel.
