Subway, the fast food franchise, has 43,981 restaurants throughout the world, four locations in Putnam and dozens of locations in both Westchester and Fairfield counties.
The 6:30 a.m. raid began after warrants in connection with the investigation were served at Fogle's home in Zionsville, Ind., according to Fox 59.
Fogle, known as "The Subway Guy," promotes Subway, the fast food restaurant franchise, in its advertising campaigns. He is known for his own significant loss of weight, called the "Subway Diet."
