Sam Oliverio Shares Five Beliefs That Will Give "Putnam Back To The People"

This is Sam Oliverio Candidate for Putnam County Executive and current Legislator for District #2.  I'd like to share with you the last of my 15 beliefs I hold dear that will make Putnam County the greatest County in NY State. If you believe as I do, then on November 4th vote SAM OLIVERIO -- County Executive. I WILL NEVER LET YOU DOWN!!

11. I BELIEVE that the County Executive's Office should be the voice of the people telling Albany that school taxes should be based upon income, not property.

12. I BELIEVE the County Executive must be an independent leader not beholden to any campaign contributor or the politically connected.

13. I BELIEVE that our County Executive should communicate directly with our residents and not through a "Community Liaison".

14. I BELIEVE government should begin and politics should end once the election is over. The County Executive must follow our County Charter and treat the Legislature as an equal in governance.

15. Finally, I BELIEVE that Putnam County is the People's County, not the County of the favored few!
