Burglary Suspect Found With 7 Decks Of Heroin, Bedford Police Say KATONAH, N.Y. -- A 26-year-old suspect in the recent burglary of a Katonah home has been arrested and was found with seven decks of heroin, Bedford Police allege. The suspect is Justin Williams, a resident of the Dutchess County community of Holmes.  Police said that detectives apprehended Williams in Bedford Hills on Sept. 29. The home burglary, according to police, took place on Aug. 11 at a residence on Elm Road. Williams is also a suspect in other home burglaries in northern Westchester, police said.
