Todd Davies, 53, of Wilton, who was reported missing on Wednesday, Jan. 8, was found dead on Thursday, Jan. 9, said Wilton Police Capt. Robert Cipolla. Woman Charged With Stalking Victim In Wilton For Months A Stamford woman was arrested by Wilton Police for stalking a victim over a four-month period, according to Wilton Police. The 43-year-old was arrested by Stamford Police on Friday on a warrant out of Wilton, said Lt. Robert Kluk. According to the arrest report, the woman had harassed the victim by emailing, calling and texting the person more than 5,000 times over the four-month time period. She was transported to the Wilton Police Department were she was charged with stalking and harassment and released on bail.
