Carmel Place on Friday, Feb. 28, the Yonkers Police Department announced on Thursday, March 6.  Otero is described as a Black girl who is 5-foot-4 and 209 pounds. Fire Leaves Westchester Home Charred (Photos) A blaze at a Westchester home caused heavy damage to the building.  The fire happened on Tuesday, Jan. 21 at a home on Sears Avenue in Elmsford, according to the Hartsdale Fire Department, which helped with the response.  Fire crews were able to knock out the flames before ventilating the building.  Photos released by the Hartsdale Fire Department showed crews extinguishing hot spots in the home's wall.  More information about the fire was not immediately available.
