State Police Issue Alert For Man Wanted In Westchester New York State Police are asking the public’s help in locating a man wanted for drug possession for nearly five years. Man Caught With Two Loaded Handguns In Westchester Faces Felony Charge A 51-year-old man caught with two loaded handguns during a traffic stop landed behind bars in Westchester. Jeffrey J. Colburn, of Port Orange, Fla., was arrested around 3:15 a.m. Sunday, Aug. 5 when New York State police stopped to help a disabled vehicle on I-95 in the village of Mamaroneck, said Trooper Michael P.
