Police: Woman Steals ID Of Westchester Resident To Make $1.5K In Purchases A Long Island woman who made nearly $1,500 in fraudulent charges after stealing the identity of a Northern Westchester woman has been charged with identity theft, police say. Yorktown Police say Stephanie Fletcher, 35, of West Hempstead turned herself into police headquarters on Tuesday, Sept. 10.
