Sylvester Luke, who suffers from dementia and may be unsure of his name or address, was reported missing in Yonkers on Tuesday, April 6, police announced, after last being seen in the area of St. John’s Hospital on North Broadway. Woman Rescued After Car Crashes Off Saw Mill Parkway Into River In Westchester A woman was rescued from her submerged vehicle in freezing water following a crash on the Saw Mill Parkway. The incident took place around 8:23 a.m., Wednesday, Dec. 18, when the Yonkers Fire Department Engine Company 310 was dispatched to a call of a motor vehicle accident on the Saw Mill River Parkway, said Deputy Chief Joseph Citrone. When firefighters arrived on the scene they found a car off the parkway and into the river, Citrone said.
