Hit-Run: Port Chester Man Strikes Victim In School Parking Lot, Drives Away, Police Say A 36-year-old Westchester man is facing charges after allegedly hitting a victim in a school parking lot and driving away from the scene, police said.  The incident happened on Sunday, Aug. 6 around 11:15 p.m., when authorities responded to the parking lot of the Shrub Oak International School in Mohegan Lake at 3151 Stony St., where a driver had struck a victim, according to Yorktown Police. A pilot was injured after a single-manned aircraft crashed on the grounds of a school in Northern Westchester.
