Trio Caught After Stealing Debit Card From Victim At Stop & Shop In Westchester: Police Three suspects from Romania face grand larceny charges after participating in a scheme to steal a victim's debit card at a Stop & Shop supermarket in Westchester, police said. The arrests resulted from an incident on Wednesday, Nov. 15 around 2 p.m., when a senior citizen reported to authorities that three people had stolen their debit card at the Stop & Shop supermarket at 420 White Plains Rd. in Eastchester.
