Man Exposes Himself, Urinates On CT Transit Bus, Greenwich Police Say A man is facing criminal charges after allegedly exposing himself on a Connecticut Transit bus and urinating in the middle of the day in Fairfield County. The Greenwich Police Department received a report of the man shortly before 3 p.m. on Thursday, Aug. 16, near Railroad Avenue, of the man, who exposed himself and urinated, investigators said. Officers were dispatched to the area and took Stamford resident Lazaro German, 61, into custody.
