Woman Steals Merchandise, Hides It In Baby Stroller At Westchester Store: Police A 24-year-old woman faces criminal charges after stealing merchandise from a Northern Westchester store and hiding it in a baby stroller occupied by a 10-month-old child, police said. The arrest resulted from an incident that began in Yorktown on Tuesday, Jan. 23 around 1 p.m., when a theft happened at the Dick's Sporting Goods store in the Jefferson Valley Mall at 650 Lee Blvd., Yorktown Police announced on Tuesday, Jan. 30.  Responding officers soon conducted an investigation and were able to find the suspect's car.
