Hudson Valley Man Had Sexual Contact With A Child, Police Say
A 44-year-old man is facing charges for allegedly having sexual contact with a child in Dutchess County. New York State Police received reports of a man having sexual contact with a victim under the age of 13 on Wednesday, which prompted an investigation, which led to the arrest of Beekman resident Patrick Mulcahy, Jr., who allegedly engaged in a course of sexual contact with his victim in Dutches.
