Three men face charges after burglarizing the Northern Westchester home of an Asian business owner, including one suspect accused of a hate crime, officials announced.
The trio, who all live in Queens, were indicted in connection with a September 2023 burglary at an Ossining residence, the Westchester County District Attorney's Office announced on Wednesday, April 10.

A Hudson Valley man has been sentenced to prison for forcing a teen to perform oral sex at gunpoint in a Northern Westchester County parking lot.
Orange County resident Christopher Daqui, age 32, of Walden, was sentenced on Thursday, Dec. 8, to nine years in state prison with 20 years post-release supervision, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah.

Westchester Man Sentenced To Probation For Sexually Abusing Sleeping Woman
A Westchester County man has been sentenced to 10 years of probation for sexually abusing a woman while she was sleeping.
Anthony Urena, age 25, of New Castle, was sentenced on Wednesday, June 15, after being found guilty by a jury, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah.
In addition to the 10 years, Urena will be required to register as a sex offender, the DA's Office said.
On July 21, 2019, at approximately 4 a.m., Urena sexually abused the victim while she was sleeping in the defendant’s home in New Castle, the DA's Office said.

Deli Owner In Westchester Found Guilty Of Sexually Abusing Employee
A Northern Westchester deli owner has been found guilty of the sex abuse of an employee in 2021.
Patrick Patierno, age 54, of Yorktown, was found guilty on Monday, May 9 following a two-week trial in which the jury found the Ossining deli owner sexually abused the employee, said Westchester County District Attorney Miriam E. Rocah.
On Thursday, Jan. 14, 2021, around 9:30 a.m., Patierno entered the home of the victim, who was one of his employees. Once inside, he restrained the victim and forcibly subjected her to sexual contact, the DA's Office said.
