Man Killed In Head-On Westchester Crash An investigation is underway after a motorcyclist was killed in a wrong-way crash in Northern Westchester.  The crash happened in North Salem at about 2:30 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 12, according to New York State Police. A 2014 Harley Davidson motorcycle was eastbound on Titicus Road near Oakridge Road when, for unknown reasons, the motorcycle entered the westbound lane and struck a 2007 BMW SUV head-on, according to state police. Bruno DiFabio, age 51, of Ridgefield, was sentenced on Thursday, May 6 to 30 days in prison, followed by three years of supervised release after pleading guilty to a federal tax offense in 2018. Charles P. Graves, of Riverside, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 9, in conjunction with the death of Regina Dowling, 63, on Nov. 29, 2019, said Greenwich Police Capt. Robert Berry. Evelyn Stowell of Old Greenwich was arrested Monday, July 2 on a warrant and charged with intentional cruelty to persons, the risk of injury to a child, and assault, following the investigation which began in April, an arrest report says.
