Port Chester Man Drove Drunk With 3-Year-Old In Car, Police Say A Westchester man was arrested for DUI under Leandra's Law after he allegedly drove drunk with a 3-year-old child in the car on Long Island. Segundo Tenecela, 46, Port Chester, struck a vehicle stopped at a traffic light, on Saturday, June 8, in Elmont, said the Nassau County Police. The crash occurred when Tenecela was traveling eastbound on Hempstead Turnpike and struck the rear of a vehicle stopped at Meacham Avenue, police said.
