Search For Fugitive Northeast Killer Now 'Nationwide' Manhunt, Police Say Danelo Cavalcante has somehow slipped by the hundreds of law enforcement officers in Pennsylvania and neighboring states searching for him in the Longwood Gardens, and though authorities believe he is still in Pennsylvania, they are now describing the search as a "nationwide" manhunt.  The 34-year-old fugitive killer was captured on home surveillance footage on the porch of a residence in northern Chester County near Phoenixville, sometime late Saturday, Sept. 9, Pennsylvania State Police said. Wanted CT Fugitive Who Cut Off Ankle Monitor Bracelet Likely Fled To NY, Police Say Police are on the lookout for a Connecticut fugitive who allegedly cut off his ankle monitor bracelet and is likely to have fled to New York. The Connecticut State Police Eastern District Major Crime Squad at Troop E in Montville say Fernando Irizzary, 42, of Willimantic has an active and extraditable felony arrest warrant with charges for first-degree failure to appear. Irizarry was previously monitored with a court-ordered ankle bracelet and was awaiting trial for charges of threatening and inciting injuries to a person, police say. Fugitive Wanted For Sex Assault Of 14-Year-Old Apprehended In Westchester A fugitive wanted for the sexual assault of a 14-year-old child was apprehended in Northern Westchester after a local resident reported a suspicious vehicle. Pound Ridge Police received the call of a suspicious vehicle in the area of Sherwood Rd in Pound Ridge on Wednesday, Dec. 26. Responding Pound Ridge Officers located the vehicle on Upper Shad Road in Pound Ridge.
