Greenwich Woman Nabbed For DUI Following Hit-Run Crash, Police Say A Fairfield County woman was charged with allegedly operating a vehicle under the influence after she was stopped for fleeing the scene of a crash. Traci Dawn Clark, age 48, of Greenwich, was arrested on Tuesday, Jan. 30 after she failed to maintain her lane and collided with another vehicle causing damage, said Capt.
