A police officer is being recognized for his brave rescue of a dog who had become trapped behind a gate on the third floor of a burning building in Northern Westchester. Law enforcement officials in a Northern Westchester community are calling for “an all-hands-on-deck operation” following a series of incidents involving individuals that have been targeting area children. In Ossining, a 41-year-old local man was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 1 following an investigation into two separate incidents of him allegedly exposing himself to children. Nearly 7,000 new allocations of the COVID-19 vaccine being distributing to locations throughout Westchester during the eighth week of the state’s vaccination program. New York State has suspended liquor licenses for 11 bars, including one in the Hudson Valley, after finding what it called "egregious violations" of COVID-19 pandemic-related executive orders. Driver Comes Forward To Police After Hitting Pedestrian In Westchester
A driver who hospitalized a pedestrian in Northern Westchester after striking them with a car at a busy intersection is working with police, investigators said.
