Man Rams Car, Threatens Driver In Westchester, Police Say
A Hudson Valley man is behind bars after allegedly ramming the rear of a vehicle and threatening the driver with an edged weapon following a road rage incident.
The incident took place in Westchester County around 2:25 p.m., Friday, July 21 on I-87 in the city of Yonkers.
According to Trooper Tara McCormick, an investigation determined that Ruben D. Luciano, age 48, of the village of Florida, in Orange County, rear-ended a vehicle following a road rage incident, in which he reportedly exited his vehicle and threatened the other driver with an edged weapon.

Trio Trafficked Ghost Guns, Cocaine In Port Chester, Officials Say
Three men face numerous charges after allegedly trafficking ghost guns, assault weapons, and large quantities of cocaine from Massachusetts to New York, officials said.
The trafficking operation was taken down on Wednesday, March 15 after a 16-month investigation by the New York State Office of the Attorney General’s Organized Crime Task Force and the New York Drug Enforcement Task Force, New York Attorney General Letitia James announced.

Woman Stabs Partner In Neck On Christmas Eve In Westchester County, Police Say
A Northern Westchester woman is charged with stabbing a victim in the back of the neck after a domestic dispute on Christmas Eve, police said.
On Saturday, Dec. 24, around 3 a.m., police in Yorktown responded to a reported fight at a residence on Summit Street. Once arriving there, they found a victim bleeding from the back of their neck, Yorktown Police said.
