The problems reportedly began for Verizon around 1 a.m., most involving mobile phones, DownDetector.com reported. They peaked around 8 a.m. before beginning to drop but still were being reported just before 11:30 a.m. AT&T's problems climbed, meanwhile. Westchester Woman Nabbed For Stealing ID To Buy $4K Worth Of iPhones A 22-year-old woman was nailed for buying $4,000 in iPhones from an AT&T store using someone else's identity, said Bedford Police. Stephanie L. Zarcone of Neptune Ave. in New Rochelle was arrested Tuesday following an investigation and charged with grand larceny and identity theft in connection with the t $3,999.96 purchases of four iPhones on March 1, according to Lt. Vincent Gruppuso. Zarcone was arraigned in the Bedford Justice Court and released on her own recognizance. She is scheduled to appear in court on April 25.
