Wanted Waterbury Man Turns Himself In To Police Nearly Year After He Led High-Speed Chase: Cops A Connecticut man is facing multiple charges after police say he fled from officers during a traffic stop on Route 8 in May 2024 and remained on the run for months. Milton Westley, 45, of Waterbury, surrendered to Connecticut State Police around 7:30 a.m. Wednesday, March 19, after he allegedly fled a traffic stop in Naugatuck at speeds topping 90 mph in a 55 mph zone, authorities said. Police ID Weymouth Man Killed Crossing Busy Street In Quincy Authorities have identified the man who was hit by a car while crossing the street in Quincy earlier this week. He died of his injuries a day after the crash. William Jacobs, 58, of Weymouth, was hit on Southern Artery near Broad Street in Quincy around 7 p.m. Monday, March 17, the Norfolk District Attorney's Office said.
