Haleon is voluntarily recalling four lots of Gas-X Extra Strength Softgels 125 mg, 120-count and 72-count packages, according to a company announcement posted by the Food and Drug Administration on Thursday, June 4. The recall was issued because the softgels may be contaminated with a diluted propylene glycol-based coolant from a machine leak during packaging.
