Teen Sentenced For Stalking Westchester Classmate In Incident Resulting In Her Death
A teen has been sentenced following a stalking incident that led to his classmate’s death, Westchester County District Attorney Anthony A. Scarpino, Jr. announced.
New Rochelle High School student Carl Booker, 18, was sentenced Friday, March 29 to “shock probation,” where he will be incarcerated for six months in Westchester County Jail and serve five years of probation.
Booker, as well as Dominique Slack, another individual involved in the incident, pleaded guilty to first-degree stalking, a Class D violent felony, on Dec. 14, 2018. Slack was given the same sentence in February.
