Fire Rips Through Home In East Fishkill An East Fishkill family lost everything in a fire that ravaged the home on Queen Anne Lane. The fire, which started around 5:30 p.m., Thursday, May 16, was first reported as a tractor fire, but when East Fishkill firefighters arrived on scene they found the 3,500-square-foot home was engulfed in smoke and flames, said department officials. Philipstown Woman Dies In Fire A 52-year-old Philipstown woman died in an overnight fire at the Stepping Stone Group Home, according to the Putnam County Sheriff's Office.
