25-Year-Old Found Dead At Area Shopping Plaza A 25-year-old man was found dead after police received a "man down" call at an area shopping plaza. The incident took place around 8:44 a.m. Tuesday, July 23, when 911 dispatchers received a call for a report of a man down on the ground at the Oakridge Plaza, at 960 Violet Ave., in Hyde Park, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson. When officers arrived on the scene they found the man unconscious and not breathing, Benson said. The man was lying in the corner of the parking lot and was dead, he added. Police Seek Help Solving Mystery Of Well-Dressed Man's Death In Area State police are seeking the public’s assistance to help solve a case involving an unidentified deceased adult male. The dead man was found in a wooded area adjacent to the Garden Street School in the village of Brewster on Oct.  9, 1995. This unknown individual’s death was ruled a suicide due to self-inflicted wounds found on his wrists. At the time of his death, he was believed to be about 40 to 50 years old, 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighing 165 pounds. Body Of Young Woman Found Partially Submerged In Hudson Valley State Police responded to a 911 call for a body found in Wappinger Creek tributary stream accessible from Maloney Road in the town of Wappinger near the Lagrange town line on Tuesday, Feb. 27. The body of a deceased female, believed to be approximately 5-foot-3 and between the ages of 16 and 25 years old, was found partially submerged, according to police.
