Man Wanted For Hit-Run Crash Nabbed During Traffic Stop A 32-year-old man wanted for a hit-and-run crash was arrested during a routine traffic stop. Marcellus Ferrell, 32, of Patterson, was apprehended on Saturday, Feb. 8, when stopped by Putnam County Sheriff’s Deputy Kevin Osika for a traffic violation, said the Putnam County Sheriff's Office. During the stop, Osika ran a check of the driver’s license and found that Ferrell was wanted for the hit-and-run involving serious injury or death in Connecticut, the department said.
