Pasqualina, of Hyde Park, was arrested in 2016 following a complaint from a Rhinebeck resident who reported that he was sending text messages in violation of a court order. Kenneth Brown, 27, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 24 after Hyde Park Police were first called to the Arbor Apartments on Hook Road on Wednesday, Jan. 16 for a reported odor of gas, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson. Teen Charged In Vehicle Break-In A teen has been arrested and faces numerous charges after an alleged break-in and theft of items from a vehicle in Hyde Park, police say. Hyde Park Police received a call from a Springwood Circle resident on Thursday, Nov. 29 to report that someone had allegedly burglarized his vehicle and taken multiple items. Upon further investigation, officers received a separate complaint from another Springwood Circle resident regarding an apartment that had been broken into during the night.
