Man Wanted For Criminal Contempt, Aggravated Harassment
A Hudson Valley man who violated an order of protection is wanted by New York State Police. Joseph Pasqualina, 24, is wanted by New York State Police and the Town of Hyde Park Justice Court on charges that include criminal contempt and aggravated harassment following multiple incidents in Dutchess County. Pasqualina, of Hyde Park, was arrested in 2016 following a complaint from a Rhinebeck resident who reported that he was sending text messages in violation of a court order. Police: Man Tampered With Gas Lines, Endangering Those In Area Building
A Hyde Park man has been arrested for allegedly endangering all of the residents of an apartment complex by tampering with the gas lines. Kenneth Brown, 27, was arrested on Thursday, Jan. 24 after Hyde Park Police were first called to the Arbor Apartments on Hook Road on Wednesday, Jan. 16 for a reported odor of gas, said Hyde Park Police Chief Robert Benson. Teen Charged In Vehicle Break-In
A teen has been arrested and faces numerous charges after an alleged break-in and theft of items from a vehicle in Hyde Park, police say. Hyde Park Police received a call from a Springwood Circle resident on Thursday, Nov. 29 to report that someone had allegedly burglarized his vehicle and taken multiple items. Upon further investigation, officers received a separate complaint from another Springwood Circle resident regarding an apartment that had been broken into during the night. Man Charged With Criminal Contempt After Wife Found Dead At Area Motel
A 50-year-old man who violated a protection order is behind bars after his wife was found dead at an area motel, according to police. The death of 38-year-old Jennifer C. Minihane is being investigated by Hyde Park Police detectives and the Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s office. The results of an autopsy are not complete. Hyde Park Police were dispatched to the Roosevelt Inn on Route 9 (Albany Post Road) for a report of a 38-year-old woman who was unconscious and unresponsive.
