Police Trying To ID Man Involved In Area Road-Rage Incident State troopers are looking for a man who allegedly punctuated an instance of road rage by brandishing a handgun.  The yet-unidentified man threatened another driver in Dutchess County in the Town of  LaGrange with a handgun at the intersection of Noxon and Titusville Roads on Saturday, Sept. 19 at approximately 12: 30 a.m.  The suspect is believed to be a white-haired caucasian male between 40 and 50 years old, and was driving a black Honda Accord or Civic. Acupuncturist Accused Of Sexually Abusing Patient In Area An acupuncturist at an area facility has been accused of sexually abusing a patient. Dutchess County resident Detlef F. Wolf, 78, of Hyde Park, while working as an acupuncturist at the Acupuncture and Wellness Center located on Titusville Road in the town of LaGrange is alleged to have sexually abused the patient, state police said on Sunday, Sept. 6.
