A fundraiser for a trucker’s family has surged past its goal after he was killed in the first fatal lightning strike in the United States this year, authorities said. Peter Paul Garamone Sr., 41, of Pennsylvania, died after being struck in Waukesha on Wednesday, April 15, according to police and his family.
