Lake Peekskill Man With Six Prior Felonies Convicted Of Drug Dealing A Putnam County man with six prior felony convictions for drugs has been convicted again on three counts of sale of a controlled substance and criminal possession. Omar Miles of Lake Peekskill was convicted Tuesday by a jury on the felony counts and faces a maximum of 36 years in state prison, said the Putnam County District Attorney's Office. “This was a great collaborative effort involving the District Attorney’s Office, the Sheriff’s office, the Narcotics Enforcement Unit, Putnam Corrections, and the NYS Police Crime Lab.” District Attorney Robert V.
