Yorktown Police say they responded to a report of a motor vehicle accident on Route 6N in Yorktown on Thursday, April 25 around 3 p.m. Further investigation revealed that the driver, identified as 64-year-old Joseph Raitano of Mahopac, was allegedly intoxicated, according to police.
