The crash took place around 3:15 p.m., Tuesday, March 8 in Dutchess County on Route 55 and South Cross Road in LaGrange. It involved the patrol vehicle and an Arlington Central School District minibus with two adult students, the driver and an aide onboard, said Trooper AJ Hicks. Sadly, those days have come to an end with the death of Dutchess County staple George Schwartz, the hot dog man's real name, on Friday, June 18 in Lagrangeville. Schwartz, who was 80, always said he was a "regular guy" who sold hot dogs, his obituary said. Robin Shenitsky, 62, of Pawling, was killed around 11:30 p.m., Sunday, Sept. 22, during the crash on Route 55 in the Town of Pawling near Highland Drive, said Dutchess County Sheriff Capt.
