Man Drives Drunk On Route 35 With Child In Vehicle, Police Say A weekend traffic stop led to the arrest of a Westchester man who was allegedly driving drunk with an unsecured child sitting in the vehicle, police said. New York State Police troopers on patrol stopped Ossining resident Fausto Tello Cabrera, 30, on Route 35 in Somers when he committed a vehicle and traffic violation in the area on Sunday, Sept. 30. Police said that while speaking with Cabrera, they determined he was driving under the influence of alcohol.
