Person Struck, Killed By Metro-North Train In Hudson Valley A person was killed after being struck by a Metro-North train in the Hudson Valley. The incident took place in Orange County are 9 a.m., Sunday, Dec. 11, at the Fowler Street grade crossing in the city of Port Jervis.  According to the MTA, the person was struck by the train and killed. ID Released For Local Man Struck, Killed By Ny-bound Train In Fairfield County A man who was killed after being struck by a train in Fairfield County has been identified. Scott James Harrington, age 59, of Riverside, a hamlet of Greenwich, was struck near the Cos Cob station by a New York-bound train around 3:30 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 3, confirmed MTA officials. Harrington was reportedly an employee at J.P. Morgan.  The train engineer was briefly hospitalized following the incident, officials said. The incident is under investigation by the MTA.

Marshall, age 32, of Mount Vernon, was hit and killed near the Larchmont train station around 8:30 p.m., Thursday, June 23, according to the MTA. Person On Tracks Hit By Train In Hudson Valley, Officials Say An MTA train hit a person on the tracks, causing a serious leg wound. According to the MTA, the incident took place around 11:35 p.m., Tuesday, Nov. 9, when the southbound Croton-Harmon-bound train struck the person at the Breakneck Ridge station in Fishkill in Dutchess County.
