Teen Known To Frequent Cortlandt, Peekskill Goes Missing For Second Time In 3 Months Authorities in Northern Westchester are searching for a 16-year-old girl who was reported missing nearly three months after her previous disappearance.  Daisyana Suscal, age 16, was reported missing by her family on Thursday, Dec. 12, according to New York State Police. Suscal is described as 5-foot-2 and weighs 120 pounds. She has dark eyes and hair with red highlights.  She is known to frequent the areas of Cortlandt and Peekskill, police said. David Morales was last seen in the area of Willow Street in Yonkers on Saturday, Nov. 23, Yonkers Police announced on Thursday, Dec. 5.  Morales is described as a Hispanic man who is 5-foot-7 and 150 pounds. He was last seen wearing dark brown pants and a black jacket.  He may be in need of medical attention, police said.
