Millbrook resident Andrew Winstel, 34 surrendered himself into custody at the Town of Poughkeepsie Police Department on Friday, when investigators received a complaint of a past violation of an order of protection. Area Man Sentenced To Decades In Prison For Girlfriend's Murder A Town of Poughkeepsie man was sentenced to 23 years in prison for killing his ex-girlfriend at the Pleasant Valley Trout and Game Club, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal. Rosario Curcio, 71, was charged with the murder of Lana Florio, 56, also of the Town of Poughkeepsie after deputies responded to the club on Salt Point Turnpike Oct. 3, in response to a report of a shooting, said Capt.
