Driver Tracked Down After Hit-And-Run Crash In Westchester, Police Say A 28-year-old woman was tracked down by police after being involved in a crash with another driver in Scarsdale and attempting to flee the scene over the weekend, police said. Officers from the Scarsdale Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Palmer Avenue and Mamaroneck Road shortly before noon on Friday, Jan. 26, where there were reports of an auto accident involving a driver in a dark-colored van that had fled the scene after striking the other vehicle.
