Kevin Del Cid, 25, of Freeport, pleaded guilty to racketeering charges in Central Islip federal court on Wednesday, July 16, in connection with the 2016 machete killings of 20-year-old Kerin Pineda and 15-year-old Javier Castillo. Man Accused Of Robbing Victim With Machete, Running From Officers In Westchester A 51-year-old man faces charges after robbing a victim with a machete in Westchester before leading police on a short chase, authorities said.  The events leading to the man's arrest began on Wednesday, July 3, when 51-year-old Tyrone McGhee of New Rochelle allegedly robbed a victim at 111 Lockwood Ave., according to New Rochelle Police Captain J.
