Police in Rockland County are investigating a possible hate-related incident after occupants inside an SUV allegedly sprayed an unknown liquid at pedestrians before fleeing the scene, according to reports. The incident happened on Thursday, May 14, near West Central Avenue and Adar Court in Monsey, The Monsey Scoop reported. The outlet said a black SUV reportedly drove through the neighborhood and sprayed an unidentified substance at pedestrians. A gas station clerk in Northern Westchester was alarmed when a customer drove away with the fuel nozzle still in their car. On Sunday, Oct. 23 at around 2 p.m., North Castle Police responded to a Sunoco gas station in Armonk at 360 Main Street after the clerk reported a customer driving away with a fuel nozzle attached to their vehicle, police said. A teenage suspect implicated in a home burglary was busted by police in Westchester with an illegal, loaded pistol, authorities announced.
