Loaded Gun, High-Capacity Mag Found In Peekskill Traffic Stop, 3 Nabbed: Police A routine traffic stop in Northern Westchester led to the discovery of a loaded firearm and high-capacity magazine as well as the arrests of three individuals, authorities announced.  The incident occurred early Monday morning, Jan. 20, around 2:20 a.m., when a Peekskill Police Officer stopped a vehicle on the 700 block of North Division Street, according to the department.
