The crash, that included a bucket truck that overturned, occurred around 10:11 a.m. Dec. 27 Thursday on Saw Mill River Road in Ardsley, Ardsley Police said. The crash, between a 2014 Hond CRV and a 2004 International propane truck, occurred around 1:15 p.m. Wednesday resulting in the death of Francis J.
