The weekend won't be a washout, but a new round of widespread heavy thunderstorms with drenching rainfall at times could cause flooding. Saturday, July 15 will be partly sunny with a high temperature in the mid-80s, but high humidity will make it feel like it's in the 90s, according to the National Weather Service. Hudson Valley resident Pamela Nugent, age 35, was swept away after water surrounded her Orange County home in the hamlet of Fort Montgomery during the severe storms on Sunday, July 9, according to a GoFundMe.
