Potential Tropical Systems Brewing In Atlantic Basin: Here's Latest Forecasters are monitoring two areas for potential tropical development in the Atlantic. The next tropical storms that develop in the Atlantic basin will take the names Emily and Franklin, in that order. The website published a list of the best burgers in each state on Monday, April 25, and determined that New York's best burger is "The Emmy Burger," which is served at Emily in Brooklyn.
