ID Released For Man Killed In Crash With SUV Driven By Alleged Drunk Driver In Westchester New information has been released after a motorcyclist was struck and killed by an SUV driven by an allegedly drunk driver in a busy Mount Vernon intersection. Officers from the Mount Vernon Police Department were dispatched to the intersection of Bradley and East Lincoln avenues shortly before 10:45 p.m. on Tuesday, May 8, where there was a report of a motorcyclist who had been struck and suffered injuries.
