New York Lottery officials said the third-prize ticket was purchased in Dutchess County in Poughkeepsie at 1118 Mannat Inc., at 818 Dutchess Turnpike. The winning numbers for the Saturday, Jan. 7 drawing were 35-36-44-45-67, with a Powerball of 14.  The third-prize winning ticket had four correct numbers, plus the Powerball, according to the lottery website. The detail, held on Saturday, May 23 in Dutchess, utilized an underage volunteer to purchase alcohol under the observation of plainclothes investigators and supported by uniformed troopers. Route 44 Ramp Closure Scheduled In Town of Poughkeepsie There will be temporary delays on Route 44 in Dutchess County this week as contractors close down an exit ramp for several hours to conduct construction work in Poughkeepsie. The New York State Department of Transportation announced that beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, March 29, there will be an exit ramp closure eastbound on Route 44 (Haight Avenue) at Main Street / Dutchess Turnpike, weather permitted. The closure is expected to last through 11:30 a.m. During the closure, the NYSDOT said motorists can expect possible delays and a detour will be posted. There is expected to be signage and…
