A 33-year-old man is facing multiple felony drug charges after police said they found a large quantity of narcotics in his vehicle outside a CVS Pharmacy in Westchester County.
Police said they were called to the CVS on Route 100 in Somers around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, Feb. 25, along with local police, after someone reported two people acting suspiciously, New York State Police said on Thursday, Feb. 26.
When troopers arrived, they said they found Somers resident Corey J. Gardner, 33, and a woman who matched the descriptions given to dispatchers.

Prosecutors have released more details regarding a Rockland County taxi driver's kidnapping of a passenger who he allegedly attacked with a screwdriver during a harrowing late-night ride earlier this month.

A Hudson Valley man who was allegedly driving high on drugs was arrested after being spotted swerving all over a busy roadway, almost striking several vehicles, authorities announced.

Woman Was Responsible For Crash Involving Westchester Man Under Influence Of Drugs, Police Say
An investigation by state police determined that, although the other driver was charged with driving under the influence of drugs, a sober 74-year-old woman was responsible for a crash in the area that sent both parties to the hospital for serious injuries.
