One Arrested, 100-Plus Summonses Dished Out In Westchester Traffic Detail Law enforcement agencies in Westchester handed out dozens of summonses over the weekend as they targeted vehicles that had fraudulent license plates amid the COVID-19 pandemic. On Saturday, Jan. 16, officers from the Yonkers Police Department’s Traffic Unit, Westchester County Department of Public Safety, and New York State Police troopers conducted a traffic enforcement detail in Yonkers targeting fraudulent and counterfeit license plates.
